Illuminating seagrass stress response using a multi - 'omics approach


We are using a multi-omics approach to understand the mechanisms behind intraspecific variation in stress tolerance in seagrasses. We will combine genomic, proteomic, and biochemical metabolomic analyses to examine the cellular underpinnings of plant stress tolerance and resilience. This work will provide an integrative approach to understanding the cellular basis of ecological responses.
